Amazing app - extremely happy with all info and practicality

This is one of the best apps out there. Essential for anyone who does a lot of business travel.

World mate has been one of my essential travel app for many years. It makes tracking your itineraries a breeze.

More than 3 weeks after forwarding my itinerary for a trip that should have ended 2 days ago (and after repeated attempts to contact WM Customer Service), I received a congratulatory email announcing that my trip details have been updated. The app still shows no upcoming (or completed) trips. The links to the flight details dont work (because the dates have passed). There was no follow-up from WM Customer Service to explain what happened with my original request, and you can see how effective their issue resolution process is (NOT). This is what you can expect from the WorldMate Gold service. I cant help wondering if WM is somehow managing to suppress all negative reviews. HERE IS THE TEXT OF MY RESPONSE TODAY: Is this your idea of resolving the issue you are supposed to be working on for me? You must be joking! The attached Congratulations email is for a trip that should have been finished 2 days ago. By coincidence, I had to extend my trip and Im still in Guatemala (leaving in 2 days). I didnt bother to notify WorldMate, since you never loaded the original trip and obviously dont care about me. The links in the email below dont work—obviously because according to the itineraries I sent you, I dont have any upcoming trips. Is it possible that your standard of Customer Service is to load the customers trip details 3 weeks after you received them (and only after several complaint emails)—for a trip that is already completed? And without so much as a follow-up email to explain what happened? Please explain.

I love Worldmate and have used it for many years. From checking in right from the app, having all your required info in one spot, booking additional items, to seeing all the trips Ive ever taken...its awesome

A loyal user here. Whenever I travel, this is my go-to app.

Ive been using this app for years. Keeps everything in one place. Easy to use and track all of our trips. Ive used it many times to go back and review previous trips to see where we went and stayed. Great to send reminders to our family members to know where we are traveling and when. We couldnt travel without it.

I have been using WorldMate for many, many years. For both business and pleasure. It keeps track of all my travels details flawlessly. Keeps you abreast of airline delays promptly sometimes before even the Airline app. Worth every penny.

I have been using this app for two or three years now and find it great for keeping my trips and details organized. Which means no sheets of paper to sort through to find the info you need. The only flaw ( and its a small one) is that not all confirmation emails fit the WM criteria and some have to be entered manually

This works great. Fast and intuitive. My only wish would be to select what parts of your itinerary you share (vs. sending the whole thing). I noticed when it shared it didnt sort by date but grouped all accommodation, all transport, all meetings. Its still fantastic!

An invaluable travel tool. Dont leave home without it.

Ive been using this app for about 7 years. I bought the pro version in an app sale a few months after I started using it. Excellent app. It would be nice if there was better integration with the Apple calendar, and I would love larger note fields for each item, but on the whole I am very very satisfied with it.

At first I was leery about sending my itinerary via email but was amazed how quickly it got decoded and uploaded to the cloud and down to my device. Very handy tool. You have to search a bit to input things not on your itinerary like a B&B. It keeps wanting to book you something. But there is an Add Item feature that works quite well.

Ive used world mate for a number of years, however since I upgraded I am unable to get the correct flight information from the app. Its frustrating exercise in poor reading comprehension

Easy to use and very helpful
