Pros and cons of WorldMate Travel Plans & Flight Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

WorldMate Travel Plans & Flight Tracker app good for

Excellent apps for your daily travel and organization easy to transfer flight details automatically inc accommodation and rental cars
I was thinking of an app like this and there it was in the App Store! Its great and easy to use. Some things to consider for a newer version: 1. Stocking the e-mail confirmations as PDF documents just in case there is missing information or if it is needed for proof of something. 2. Programming city stops in the itinerary for those traveling at some point by car to provide a more detailed itinerary.
The best app there is for intensive travelling! Cant live without it.
If you traveling thats the app you need , easy and perfect , thank for that
Very good tool, the only regrets is that the calendar does not merge into the outlook calendar but creates another one.
Very convenient app for travelling. You get all the important information you need in one app. Easy to set up and to handle!

Some bad moments

I bought the gold app from worldmate, than they just change the rules and decide to charge you monthly for gold status, and a lost my money, i fell robbed, its sad. Shame on you!
but widget should not be displayed if no trip within in the next 2 weeks is scheduled.
Website and other mobile apps allow Google login credentials, iOS version doesnt. Disappointing as its damn useful...
More than 3 weeks after forwarding my itinerary for a trip that should have ended 2 days ago (and after repeated attempts to contact WM Customer Service), I received a congratulatory email announcing that my trip details have been updated. The app still shows no upcoming (or completed) trips. The links to the flight details dont work (because the dates have passed). There was no follow-up from WM Customer Service to explain what happened with my original request, and you can see how effective their issue resolution process is (NOT). This is what you can expect from the WorldMate Gold service. I cant help wondering if WM is somehow managing to suppress all negative reviews. HERE IS THE TEXT OF MY RESPONSE TODAY: Is this your idea of resolving the issue you are supposed to be working on for me? You must be joking! The attached Congratulations email is for a trip that should have been finished 2 days ago. By coincidence, I had to extend my trip and Im still in Guatemala (leaving in 2 days). I didnt bother to notify WorldMate, since you never loaded the original trip and obviously dont care about me. The links in the email below dont work—obviously because according to the itineraries I sent you, I dont have any upcoming trips. Is it possible that your standard of Customer Service is to load the customers trip details 3 weeks after you received them (and only after several complaint emails)—for a trip that is already completed? And without so much as a follow-up email to explain what happened? Please explain.
Ive used world mate for a number of years, however since I upgraded I am unable to get the correct flight information from the app. Its frustrating exercise in poor reading comprehension
