Terrible support NO GO app!

I wrote customer service asking how could I change my email address or if I could have more than one. This used not to be a problem when I bought the Gold Version, but now it is subscription service and is linked to an email I no longer use. The app itself is not terrible, but the lack of support makes it a NO GO for me
